It’s best to place the flowers in a vase immediately. Much depends on the temperature and the species, but we don’t recommend leaving the flowers out of water for longer than 30 minutes. If you know you won’t be able to place the flowers in a vase immediately, let us know and we’ll secure the bouquet in a water tank.

Yes, but it all depends on distance and availability. Send us your address and we’ll determine the shipping cost and let you know if we can fulfill your order.
- Pour the appropriate amount of cold water into the vase and add flower food.
- Trim the flower stems at an angle before placing the flowers in the water.
- Do not leave the flowers in direct sunlight, in drafts, next to a radiator, or on the stove.
- Change the water, trim the stems, and wash the vase thoroughly every 1-2 days.

Studio Flores guarantees the freshness of cut flowers and bouquets containing cut flowers for 3 days from the date of order fulfillment, provided that their transport, storage, and care are carried out in accordance with the care instructions. Detailed terms and conditions can be found here.
